How to Receive Dental Care from JC Dental & Implant Studio
Receiving expert dental services from JC Dental & Implant Studio is easy! Here’s how it usually goes:
1. Book an appointment.
Go to our Make an Appointment page where you can find our contact number. Call us to schedule your appointment. You also have the option to book an appointment online through localmed.com
2. Visit our office.
On your scheduled appointment, come to the clinic at least 30 minutes early. This gives us enough time for you to take your temperature and sanitize, as well as prepare what our dentists need for your consultation.
3. Fill out patient forms.
Before visiting, make sure you’ve downloaded the patient form from our website. You will also have to fill out our COVID-19 consent forms.
4. Take a dental exam.
To figure out the cause of your chief complaint, we’ll have you take a comprehensive dental exam, including x-rays of your mouth.
5. See your treatment plan.
Once the results are out, we’ll come up with your treatment plan, including which procedures must be done.
6. Attend scheduled procedures.
Our competent dentists perform the required procedures and give you follow-up instructions, including how to take care of your teeth.

Head of JC Dental & Implant Studio, Dr. Eugenie Lee is a board-certified periodontist and is trained in most modern dental techniques, such as dental implants, gum or periodontal disease surgical therapy, soft-tissue gum treatment for recession, full-mouth rehabilitation, and computer-guided implant dentistry.
Dr. Arkady Khaykin
